Swimming pool and gite gardens
Les Grands Coudrais is set in 3 acres of glorious French countryside. Each cottage has its own enclosed garden with barbecue and garden furniture, and guests are also welcome to relax in the shared grounds around the property.
The large swimming pool is surrounded by lawns and fragrant flower beds. There are plenty of sun loungers and parasols just inviting you to relax. The pool area is fully enclosed and has a safety alarm which complies with French pool security regulations. The pool is open from May to September and we don’t have opening hours – it’s there for you to enjoy!
Outside the enclosed pool area there’s plenty of room for all sorts of outdoor games. A swing set, Swingball, badminton and mini-football pitch are some of the activities available to you. Table tennis, archery and table football are also available. We have a pétanque court, an ideal way to end the day whilst enjoying a glass of wine.
The Grange is a covered area behind the barn offering a relaxing spot to enjoy the shade of the day or the evening air.
Behind the swimming pool lies our private garden where we attempt to grow all kinds of fruit and vegetables.
The paddock is great for a morning or late evening amble and to walk dogs around. Our two border terriers love the freedom the land offers.
